You hereby grant to the MSRB a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and fully sublicensable license, without additional consideration to you or any third party, to copy, reproduce, store, disclose, publish, display, distribute, disseminate, redistribute, transfer, adapt, modify, edit, alter or otherwise use and exploit any information that you provide in response to this survey (“Feedback”), in any format or media (such as website placement), in any manner and for any purpose relating to the MSRB’s mission including, without limitation, for education and outreach about the MSRB’s Electronic Municipal Market EMMA (EMMA®) website. In furtherance and not limitation of the preceding, you irrevocably waive any right (i) of privacy associated with use of your name or other Feedback, (iii) to inspect or approve the written or electronic copy or other material used with Feedback and/or with which Feedback, in whole or in part, appears, or (iv) to receive notification regarding use of Feedback. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the preceding license.
