Stop the shocks

This survey is completely optional. The purpose of this survey is to get feedback from autistic people and those who work with or are related to autistic people. NeuroClastic is seeking responses from the community about the use of shock devices as punishment at Judge Rotenberg Center, a residential facility for disabled children and adults.

You will be asked a few basic questions about your relationship to autistic people, then given space to leave a comment about your feelings regarding the recent overturning of the ban on the use of electroshock to punish disabled children and adults.

After the space to leave a comment, you can leave a name or choose to remain anonymous.

NeuroClastic may use your comments in an upcoming article about the Judge Rotenberg Center or in future advocacy against the use of electroshock on children and adults.
