Customer satisfaction survey - PHF Lido cafe
At this point it is unclear how our landlords City of London Corporation will respond but we feel it is important to undertake a consultation so that, if we are successful and able to maintain the Lido cafe, we can be sure to provide the very best service to existing and new customers.
We will carefully study and listen to the feedback via this questionnaire and will develop an action plan with timelines for any changes needed.
