Parent Survey

This survey is anonymous and no personally identifiable information will be published.  The survey is published by the West Shore Educational Service District on behalf of the school districts in its boundaries:  Baldwin Community Schools; Gateway to Success Academy; Hart Public Schools; Ludington Area Schools; Mason County Central Schools; Mason County Eastern District; Pentwater Public Schools; Shelby Public Schools; and, Walkerville Public Schools.  There are two main parts of the survey:  A review of the past semester when students were learning primarily from home and/or online, including what worked well from your perspective as a parent and what did not work well.  The second part of the survey looks ahead to the fall when schools reopen and asks for your opinion about possible best practices and thoughts to help ensure a safe, educational, and smooth reopening.  We would appreciate it if you completed the survey no later than June 29, 2020.  Thank you for your time.
