The programme runs throughout the academic year, from March to October.

Mentor Commitment
To ensure a meaningful experience for mentees, we ask mentors to:
- Reside in Auckland.
- Have a minimum of five years’ industry experience.
- Commit to engaging with your mentee regularly, ideally meeting once a month outside of scheduled on-campus events (with a minimum of four in-person meetings across the programme).
- Maintain ongoing communication via phone or email.
- Attend select evening events during the course of the programme.
