Booking a Birthday Party at Eagle Theaters
is easy.

1. When are you coming?
Our standard days for birthday parties are Saturday and Sunday mornings. During school breaks, we can expand available mornings to different days.


2. Give us your contact information.
Tell us how to contact you to verify your party details. We prefer e-mail and survey forms to keep records of event details. 
3. Pricing information
Your final price is determined by three parts:

A. We charge a $50 auditorium rental fee for the use of our facilities. Best part, we clean up!
B. Kid Admission (ages 3-12): We bundle a Kid's Combo (popcorn, drink, and fruit snack) + admission into one price.
     Option 1: Bring Your Own DVD $90 flat for up to 10 kids, plus $9 for each additional kid.
     Option 2: Current Movie $142.50 flat for up to 10 kids, plus $14.25 for each additional kid.
C. Adult Admission (ages 13+): $8.50 per adult admission. The Concessions Stand and Coffee & Smoothie Bar will be open for adult guests to purchase any refreshments they would like. OR $20.00 per adult for admission, small fountain drink, and small popcorn.

After we receive your submission, Paige will contact you to confirm the details and answer any questions you may have. Then we'll send you instructions for how to pay the $75 deposit online. We look forward to hosting your party!

When are you coming?
1.Will you bring your own DVD (NO Blu-ray), or do you prefer a current movie that will be available at the time of your event?(Required.)
2.List your preferred  day and date. (e.g. "Saturday, December 2") *Unless special arrangements have been made, you must choose a Saturday or Sunday.(Required.)
3.Select your preferred arrival time for party guests. *Please note that movie start time is generally 30 minutes after arrival time. All movies must be over by 1:00 PM. If the runtime of your movie is greater than 2 hours, please consult with us for best practices.(Required.)
4.Just to make sure we are on the same page, please enter the start time for your movie. This is 30 minutes after party guest arrival time.(Required.)

Pricing information
13.Please acknowledge that there is a $50 auditorium rental fee.(Required.)
14.Kid Admission (ages 3-12): Select the pricing most likely to apply. *We understand that your movie choice may change as the current movie lineup for the time of your event is finalized. The final decision needs to be locked down the Monday before the event.)(Required.)
15.Adult Admission (ages 13+)(Required.)
16.Payment: We will send you instructions for how to pay the $75 deposit online. At the conclusion of your event, we will reconcile what you still owe using the pricing schedule described above.(Required.)
