First Suburbs Consortium

The First Suburbs Consortium is a council of governments created in 1996 to support the efforts of Cuyahoga County's first ring suburbs surrounding Cleveland.  Collectively these nineteen communities work to identify shared need, develop programs and/or advocate for programs to assist first ring residents and businesses. 

As we continue to move through the COVID-19 Pandemic, we would like to hear directly from you about current need and future needs your business is anticipating.   Your input is imperative to align resources and advocate for programs to address your needs.  We greatly appreciate your input on this survey that will take less than 20 minutes to complete.
