Nonprofit Tune-Up Client Application 2026

Nonprofit Tune-Up Event

Meet with volunteer attorneys who will provide a free legal assessment of your organization to determine whether it is operating in good overall legal health. The event is hosted by the ACC Minnesota Chapter and Dorsey & Whitney LLP. It takes place Friday, October 30, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. CT, via Zoom or in person at Dorsey (50 S. Sixth St., Ste. 1500, Minneapolis). Please register by October 12, 2026. You will be notified by October 16, 2026 if your application has been accepted; if so, please select one to three key leaders in your organization to participate in the event (all attendees in-person or all attendees remote is preferred). Nonprofits clients must be 501(c)(3) public charities, incorporated in Minnesota. Generally, organizations with budgets between $250,000 - $1,500,000, and with two to ten employees, receive the most benefit from this event. If we receive more applications than we can accommodate, we may give preference to organizations that assist low-income individuals or other marginalized communities (but all purposed organizations are encouraged to apply).
