SSF PIT Count 2019 Volunteering Survey

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help us conduct PIT Count 2019. In order to ensure that our volunteers are matched correctly for a positive experience, please take just a moment to complete this questionnaire.

2.Did you participate in the 2017 Homeless PIT count?
3.Would you be able to volunteer as a street canvasser on the main PIT count night on Wednesday, January 30th, 2019?
4.Would you be able to volunteer as  a street canvasser on the secondary PIT count night on Thursday, January 31st, 2019? 
5.Would you be able to volunteer in addition to/or instead of a street canvasser, perhaps helping us produce the event?
6.Do you have access to an insured car that you would be willing to drive on the night of the PIT count that can carry three other volunteers to your assigned area?
7.Do you have a background in interviewing/surveying the homeless, or training in social work? 
8.Do you have a Smartphone (with internet access and a touch screen) that you could use to conduct online surveys?

9.Will you be 18 years old or older on January 30th?
10.Would you be willing to help recruit others from your school/company/organization to participate in the PIT Count?
11.Would you be willing to serve as a team leader? This duty requires additional training, guiding and introducing the team to the people in your designated area.
