Summer Reading 2015

Thanks for filling out the 2015 Summer Reading Survey.  Please submit one survey per library or library system (no separate surveys from branches).  This year we are asking for information about Adult programs as well as Children and Teen.  Collaborate with your colleagues and submit one survey with all three department's information.

Any library that completes the survey is eligible to receive a free summer 2016 summer reading manual.  We will ship the manuals as completed surveys are received, starting in October.
