Women's Leadership Program 2018-19 Nomination Form

The Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce invites you to nominate a female professional from your organization for our Women’s Leadership Program 2018-19 cohort.

Eligibility: The Women’s Leadership Program accepts two cohorts of up to 60 emerging female professionals, who are currently employed by a Chamber member organization. See below for characteristics of successful candidates.

Selection Process
1. The Chamber solicits and accepts online nominations from members during a rolling nomination period starting June 1. Individuals may nominate themselves provided their organization is a Chamber member. A nomination does not guarantee selection into the cohort.

2. Once a nomination is submitted, we will invite the nominee to complete an online application due July 31. Applications open June 15.

3. A selection committee will review the application to ensure a well rounded cohort and let candidates know of decisions by the end of August.

Ideal candidates are emerging women professionals employed by Chamber member companies who are seen as being self-motivated, interested in learning, and promotable.
