The COG Corrections Chiefs Committee will host the 33rd Annual Wreath Laying Ceremony and Honor Guard Competition on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. In preparation for this ceremony, we ask that you complete this survey to help us identify:

  • RSVPs for families of the fallen and/or agency liaisons
  • Ceremonial color/honor guard participants interested in laying roses for the fallen and honor guard competition participants
