Averil Mansfield Award for The Vascular Trainer of the Year 2026

The Rouleaux club in association with the Vascular Society is looking to show appreciation to vascular trainers who go the extra mile with their trainees. Each nominee will get a letter to acknowledge their nomination and one trainer will be given the Averil Mansfield prize for the trainer of the year.

Nominations are open from CT1+ trainees and locally employed doctors. Self nominations are not accepted. Only one nomination for each trainer will be counted so do your best to tell us why your trainer deserves this prize.

All nominations will be scored anonymously and your information will not be shared with your nominated trainer. Nominations close on 30th July 2026.
