ARC Member Verification

The DESIGNATED Representative for the community must be local unit of government. The Designated Representative is responsible for attending ARC meetings and voting on behalf of their community.

The ALTERNATE Representative for the community can be from the local unit of government or a consultant. The Designated Representative must be from the local unit of government. The Alternate Representative is responsible for attending ARC meetings and voting on behalf of their community in the event that the Designated Representative is unable to attend.
