The Harper Creek Board of Education seeks input regarding potential facility improvements from community members within Harper Creek School District. In addition to maintaining current buildings and grounds, school districts are accountable for calculating plans for the future. To this end, a Facilities Improvement Team (FIT) comprised of community members was formed in 2016. The FIT created a priority list of maintenance and improvement projects as well as set parameters for a potential bond project. At that time, the Board of Education did not feel the time was right to move forward with a voted bond project but committed to reconsidering the scope of project and community support later. This survey gives voice to the community on the school district - including facility improvements and levels of support for a voted bond issue. A link to the 2016 FIT committee report is included for your reference.
