The Upskilling Toolkit is softs skills training delivered through position specific scenarios that can be applied and practiced on-the-job for immediate and measurable impact.

The Toolkit focuses on five core competencies to help Project Coordinators, Field Engineers, and similar roles on the path to becoming Project Managers (PMs) and Site Supervisors (SSs). Each Module includes submodules for progressive skills development. See below for detailed list of modules and submodules.

You earn 2 Gold Seal Credits for each Core Competency Module, for a total of 10 Gold Seal Credits when you complete all 5 Modules.
