The Upskilling Toolkit is softs skills training delivered through position specific scenarios that can be applied and practiced on-the-job for immediate and measurable impact.

The Toolkit focuses on 5 core competencies developed for construction professionals; geared towards Project Managers (PM), Site Supervisors (SS), and individuals on the track to becoming PM and SS. Each Module includes 10 submodules for progressive skills development. See below for detailed list of modules and submodules.

You earn 2 Gold Seal Credits for each Core Competency Module, for a total of 10 Gold Seal Credits when you complete all 5 Modules.
