- The Strata Property Manager of the Year is a professional who displays integrity, reliability and commitment to their clients and the industry.
- An individual who has improved the quality of strata life for owners and councils of the strata properties managed, by providing services above and beyond expectations.
- An individual who consistently conducts themselves in a professional and compassionate manner while exhibiting patience, sensitivity and understanding.
- Interacts well with industry members, managers, service providers and other industry professionals.
- Commitment to the personal and professional development of self and others, encouraging the acquirement of professional designations, ongoing support of education, training, seminars, mentoring and supporting the industry by attendance at industry conventions.
- An individual who demonstrates faithfulness to the principles of good real estate practices and the Code of Ethics among other licensees and the public and has a reputation for high professional competence.
- Participates in applicable PAMA continuing education courses and seminars.
- The nominee must be a PAMA Active Individual Member or their employer must have PAMA membership.
- Has attended at least one (1) PAMA educational seminar in the last twelve (12) months.
