The Teesto Chapter is updating its Community Land Use Plan. This survey will help us understand how community members use the land today, what services and infrastructure are needed, and what kind of future you envision for Teesto. The purpose of this investigation is to better understand the infrastructure needs in your community, to increase economic opportunities, and promote tribal rural business development by updating the Teesto community Land Use Plan. Your experiences, perspectives, and knowledge are the foundation of this work. There are no right or wrong answers. Your responses will help the Teesto Chapter better manage growth, development, and redevelopment in the future and set forth a vision for the future of the community.

How Information Will Be UsedThe results of the survey will help us to design, develop and implement community planning solutions that will aim to meet the Teesto community development needs. The findings from this survey will be used to identify gaps in infrastructure, business development and community planning needs across the Teesto community. Results may be shared with chapter officials, Teesto Development Corporation (TDC) members, Teesto Planning & Zoning Commission (TPZC) members, AATech staff, grant funders, design and landscape architecture firms, and relevant agencies to support advocacy and land use planning efforts that serve the best interests of the Teesto community.
