Industry Leader of The Year Award

Criteria
  • The Industry Leader of the Year is a senior strata or rental property management professional directly responsible for the overall management of a rental or strata management company.
  • An individual who displays integrity, reliability, management innovation, strong leadership, creativity, originality and has distinguished themselves by their commitment to the profession and PAMA.
  • Commitment to the personal and professional development of others, encouraging the acquirement of professional designations, ongoing support of education, training, seminars, mentoring and supporting the industry by attendance at industry conventions.
  • An individual who demonstrates faithfulness to the principles of good real estate practices and the Code of Ethics among other brokers and the public and has a reputation for high professional competence.
  • Participates in applicable PAMA continuing education courses and seminars.
  • The nominee must be a PAMA Active Individual Member or their employer must have PAMA membership.
  • Has attended at least one (1) PAMA educational seminar in the last twelve (12) months.

Nominations Deadline

Completed Nominations must be submitted by Tuesday September 15, 2026.
