TRAINING ACADEMY AGREEMENT Training is non-refundable. In the event Client cancels this Agreement at any time, the Client will be invoiced for expenses reasonably incurred by Company in connection with the provision of services hereunder. Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations hereunder (other than the payment of money) when such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. If training is cancelled or postponed by CATCH Global Foundation, its liability to Client and Attendee shall be limited to a full refund of any payment received. Client, its employees and all training attendees (“Attendees”) acknowledge that they are only authorized to perform training for internal users as part of their employment responsibilities without additional compensation. Attendees will not accept compensation from third parties for CATCH-related training, train or certify other trainers, or represent themselves as a sub-licensee of Company or license holder to the CATCH® logo, trademark, curriculum content or other intellectual property.
