Community Survey

Question Title

The building at 47 Victoria St, Macedon is community-owned and there is great opportunity to work towards the creation of a community house, a hub for community activities and services.

This facility has the potential to:

* provide residents with local services, community connections and a base to develop social enterprises
* support existing business and stimulate new business growth by increasing the number of residents and visitors visiting the town centre
* provide regional services with additional delivery options

Following a community campaign, Macedon Ranges Shire Council have committed to retain ownership of the building and to fund essential renovations of the building to make it available for the community to use.

Let us know what you would like to do with your community space, what your needs are, and how you might be able to help to make it a reality. What is missing for you in Macedon and Mount Macedon that this building could potentially provide?
