Introduction
This evaluation form is one part of an ongoing overall effort to strengthen and improve the ministries of Bethel Church. Each person has the responsibility and privilege to have a voice in conveying truth, wisdom and insight in a spirit of grace and discernment.
We ask that you be honest, objective, realistic and prayerful as you complete this evaluation of your pastor’s ministry and personal influence at this time in our congregation. Please restrict your answers to areas of personal experience. You may consider reading the following Scripture passages that give reference to some of the Biblical guidelines for leaders both in public and private life (1 Timothy 3:1-7, James 1:19-25). For reasons of confidentiality, only the Pastoral Review Committee and Education Committee Chairman will read this material. A summary of all of the evaluations will be shared by the committee with the pastor.
