Rookie of The Year Award

Criteria
  • The Rookie of the Year is an individual with less than three years experience as of October 1, 2026 in the residential, rental and/or strata management industry who has displayed exceptional abilities either generally or on a specific project.
  • Motivates and inspires other employees and provides customer service beyond expectations.
  • Performs tasks effectively and efficiently, with outstanding performance throughout the year.
  • Takes initiative and willingly assumes greater responsibility.
  • Consistently presents a positive and professional image of themselves and their company.
  • Committed to continuing their education, preferably working towards a professional designation.
  • Participates in applicable PAMA continuing education courses and seminars.
  • The nominee must be a PAMA Active Individual Member or their employer must have PAMA membership.
  • Has attended at least one (1) PAMA educational seminar in the last twelve (12) months.


Nominations Deadline

Completed Nominations must be submitted by Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
