We are seeking your input to help guide WITH's strategic direction and activities for the forthcoming year, and into the future, in line with our objectives to Connect, Support and Inspire women in our industry.
So much has changed since our last survey – together we have gone through a pandemic and during our recovery have stayed as connected and supportive as possible.
As a small volunteer association, WITH received funding from the Tasmanian Government to provide professional development and training opportunities for women at various stages of their careers from across the state. WITH has also continued to develop closer relationships with other industry organisations, becoming a respected and valued part of our sector.
By taking this short survey you will be informing our 2024 planning, ensuring we continue to evolve and provide the type of support, networking events and advocacy our members and colleagues value.
