To register for the WISE Mentorship Program please complete this survey, providing your profile information and input on skills to be used as matching criteria. The top skills selected are used to match mentees' development goals with mentors that have expertise and strength in those areas.

During the week of December 7, 2020, you will receive an invitation from the new mentorship tool, eMentorConnect.  Please log in to complete your profile which is necessary for the Mentee/Mentor matching process.
The WISE Mentorship Program is designed to:
  • Enhance a Mentee’s career development through the mentoring relationship; to support and nurture their strengths; to address development opportunities; and provide exposure to talented professionals;
  • Enhance a Mentor’s recognition of their experience, skills and knowledge as seen through fresh eyes; and gratification through seeing your impact on another’s development.
Program Summary
  • A minimum commitment of one (1) hour per month for the next three (3) months is suggested; you can meet more often than this, but this minimum helps to ensure a worthwhile experience for everyone.
  • A selection of discussion topics, meeting flow, and resources will be provided as a guide within the tool, however you can modify as needed to meet the needs of your mentee/mentor relationship.
