* 5. February 16, 2021. Kicking off the program is a session focused on self-belief and self-confidence in leadership. It explores the difference between the two and demonstrates how by understanding passions and drivers as well as what depletes confidence, we can develop greater resilience. The module also looks at the effects of bias - our own as well as others - and how to mitigate its effects.

* 6. May 13, 2021. In the spring the focus is on personal reputation and branding, helping participants to understand their personal values and leadership style and exploring tools and techniques to communicate with impact and build an authentic presence. The module also considers the need for reinvention in a digital world and helps to develop skills that will futureproof participants in the rapidly changing work and business environment.

* 7. August 12, 2021. At the end of the summer the session is about risk taking and failing forward. Participants will explore the importance of growth mindset and consider how to develop this in themselves as well as instilling it in the wider culture of a team or organisation. The session builds on the future of work theme by considering how best to develop and demonstrate agility, empathy and other leadership skills needed to succeed in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) world.

The final session takes an in-depth look at professional development and encourages participants to clarify their professional goals and identify key stakeholders for their professional success. The session focuses on practical ways to improve visibility, build sponsorship and leverage networks, as well as identifying ways in which participants can pay forward their learning to develop the next generation of women leaders.
