As part of WINGS’ objective to build on the assets and expertise from the network, and provide space for collaboration, WINGS is launching Affinity Groups. In our recent Network Survey, interest for this space was validated by WINGS members, along with conversations from WINGSForum 2017 and the general commitment we see from our members. Creating a space for members to engage will make the network more inclusive, interconnected, and committed to building and strengthening philanthropy. It’s a way to raise the voice of the sector by collectively articulating our thoughts on key issues for the field of philanthropy infrastructure.

There are 2 types of affinity groups:
  • WINGS-Led Affinity Group is facilitated and led by the WINGS Office with WINGS Members involvement.
  • Member-Led Affinity Group is driven, facilitated, and led by WINGS Members with support from the WINGS Office.
WINGS has identified preliminary topics of interest via WINGSForum and the memvers survey, which are listed below.

As our member it is very important for us to have your suggestions and know your interest in participating in an Affinity Group.  Please fill out this survey and you will soon hear back from us
