This survey is for reporting under deliverable 5.2 of the Workforce Integration Initiative (WII) grants.

This survey shall be submitted between the 16th of each month and no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the 24th of each month, to describe the prior month's purchases/expenditures as reported through the Agency's on-line CDER system (under supplemental cost category), due the 20th of each month.

Note: The survey may be updated and modified as needed by the 16th of each month to collect information requested by TWC leadership or the U.S. Department of Education. AEL staff will alert grantees of any changes.
