Boozhoo,

The YMCAs across Southwestern Ontario and Walpole Island First Nation are conducting a feasibility study examining the potential expansion of the Walpole Island Arena to include a community Health, Recreation and Fitness Centre to be operated by the YMCA. The proposed facility will serve residents of both Walpole Island First Nation and the surrounding area. As part of the research we are doing a survey on the opinions of adult residents of Walpole Island First Nation towards recreation, fitness and aquatic opportunities.

Please take the time to participate in the feasibility study by completing this on-line questionnaire. Your responses and those of the others contacted as part of the survey will assist in the planning and provision of  recreation, fitness, health and aquatic programs and activities services in the area. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential.
