The Ambassador role has been created to build on and strengthen the work of the Scottish Women in Dairy Network. Studies continue to evidence the impact of role models in inspiring others to achieve business goals, problem solve and build resilience. The new Ambassador programme will provide visible and relatable role models from across the dairy sector, boosting representation of the dairy industry across Scotland and strengthening economic contribution.

We anticipate Ambassadors will represent the great variety of roles in the dairy industry, for example including business owners, those employed in the industry, those in professional services which support the industry and those working in research and innovation.
