WorkInCulture  is developing an intensive training program focused on effective collaboration skills development for arts & heritage festivals. The project was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in recognition of an elevated need expressed by arts & heritage festivals of how to develop more sophisticated collaboration skills to address short-term limitations and create long-term plans for recovery and growth.

The program will be piloted in Toronto, Kingston, Ottawa and Sudbury and will be available as progressive and intensive virtual learning format.
The purpose of this survey is to gather information about what kinds of collaboration skills and models arts & heritage festivals need as part of the post-COVID recovery period. Your answers will only be shared with WorkInCulture staff and program partners for the purpose of creating and delivering this program.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. We thank you in advance for your feedback!

The deadline to complete the survey is September 6, 2021.
