The call for entries opens December 1, 2025 and closes January 26, 2026. Before completing your submission, please review the award criteria, submission requirements, and policies. Questions? Email info@woodworks.org.

Nominations must include:
  • Completed nomination in Survey Monkey
  • 8–15 high-resolution images including completed project photos, project floor plan and elevation. Construction images are encouraged. Upload instructions provided at the end of the nomination form.
IMPORTANT: When uploading your nomination assets, please list the project name, in the Project Name field, exactly as it is listed in the nomination survey.

Note: To complete this form in more than one session, you must use the same computer and browser. Don't clear cookies between sessions or your information won't be saved.
