Wisconsin Local Health Department-CHIP/CHA Focus (2019)

The Wisconsin WIC Program has partnered with Coffective to create coordination across state and local partners, with an initial focus on breastfeeding. Collaboration, communication, and connections (relationship building) can help create consistent messaging around breastfeeding, and therefore positive breastfeeding outcomes.

This survey will allow us to understand what is happening at the local level, so we can the identify areas of interest that build relationships among community partners and provide tools and resources to be successful. We also must understand how community partners goals align with the overarching goals of this initiative, and how existing resources and/or requirements align so they can be easily integrated into the efforts that they’re already doing.
