1. Welcome to this survey by disAbility Connections!
disAbility Connections is a non profit organization serving in Jackson, Hillsdale, and Lenawee Counties. Our mission is to seek to advance the independence, productivity and full inclusion of children and adults with disabilities into our communities.
One thing our organization has learned during the current pandemic is that we need to be better prepared to serve people with disabilities during emergency situations. This survey will help us to get a better idea of the unmet needs in our community so we can focus on how best to assist people with disabilities during emergencies.
