Tri-C Departments and chartered student clubs/organizations can use this form to request an activity be featured in the weekly What’s Happening at West newsletter. This newsletter is sent to students whose Campus of Greatest Attendance is West and highlights events and resources available that week and the next.

Submission Guidelines:
  • Events must be student-focused and open to all Western Campus students.
  • Submissions are due by Wednesday for the following Monday’s newsletter.
  • Submissions will be considered on a first come, first served basis and added to the newsletter based on space (up to two pages).
  • Submissions cannot be submitted more than four weeks prior to the event date.
  • Events will be promoted up to two weeks in advance of the date.
  • Submissions may be edited for clarity, grammar, or space.
