Background Information

We invite the heart health community to offer their feedback on the upcoming WHF Roadmap on Digital Health. This survey includes a series of questions focusing on the availability, accessibility, affordability and acceptability of a series of digital services for heart health, as well as questions on potential roadblocks to the implementation of digital health in cardiology. 

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. 

It is intended to provide you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas for inclusion in the Roadmap. We encourage you to forward this survey to individuals in your country or region working on heart health including health care professionals, decision-makers, policy advocates, NGOs, patients and patient representatives etc...
