Background Information
We invite the heart health community to offer their feedback on the upcoming WHF Roadmap on Digital Health. This survey includes a series of questions focusing on the availability, accessibility, affordability and acceptability of a series of digital services for heart health, as well as questions on potential roadblocks to the implementation of digital health in cardiology.
The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.
It is intended to provide you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas for inclusion in the Roadmap.
