Background Information

We invite our WHF members to offer their feedback on the WHF Roadmap for the Secondary Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. This brief survey includes a series of questions focusing on barriers and solutions to the secondary prevention of CVD.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Please note that this survey is intended to provide you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas for inclusion in the Roadmap.
