White House Challenge Case Study Initiative 

NAA is seeking case studies for the White House Resident-Centered Housing Challenge. As part of the White House Challenge, NAA committed to promoting the industry’s exemplary work in the following areas:
1. Efforts to promote/connect residents with emergency rental assistance or other housing support to avoid eviction;
2. Housing provider practices or resident programs to help residents catch up when they fall behind on their rent/avoid eviction; or
3. Resident programs or services that help them build credit or housing providers’ efforts to contribute to voluntary rent-reporting programs.
