Introduction

Maryland Nonprofits is proud to partner with Enterprise on the Thome Aging Well Project, an initiative designed to strengthen nonprofit capacity, advance equity, and support organizations working to improve outcomes for older adults across Maryland. This initiative is aimed at providing staff training and support that will lead to stronger, more sustainable, and culturally appropriate community-based organizations through a strategic partnership with Maryland Latinos Unidos (MLU). As a part of this initiative, we are conducting a needs assessment to better understand the needs of organizations serving and working with older adults in our State.
We encourage organizations to complete this needs assessment survey, to better understand the issues facing organizations serving older adults in Maryland, gathering information on specific interests, strengths, needs for staff capacity, organizational development, and sustainability.

The survey will help us:
· Identify key organizational needs and emerging trends
· Understand strengths and capacity gaps
· Ensure the cohorts address most urgent needs and provide meaningful support
