Canterbury Tech (also known as the Cluster) is a tech networking group made up of 154 companies and 127 individual members, plus 116 student members, and run by a voluntary committee with three part-time staff including a recently appointed General Manager. The Cluster's purposes are:

Canterbury Tech (also known as the Cluster) is a tech networking group made up of 154 companies and 127 individual members, plus 116 student members, and run by a voluntary committee with three part-time staff including a recently appointed General Manager. The Cluster's purposes are:
- to promote tech businesses in Canterbury;
- to arrange, organise and promote regular educational and networking functions for the tech community in Canterbury;
- to arrange, organise and promote an annual event promoting and celebrating Canterbury tech.
