The IWLCA Multiracial Coaches Network is an affinity group for IWLCA member coaches that identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) and are interested in fostering community, supporting other BIPOC coaches, networking opportunities, professional development, and advancing equity and inclusion within the collegiate women's lacrosse community. This network of coaches is sponsored by the IWLCA's Equity and Inclusion Committee (EIC).
To kick off the new academic year, the Equity & Inclusion Committee (EIC) is providing coaches that identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) or multiracial with an opportunity to connect, learn, and build meaningful relationships within our coaching ranks with the Community Series of programming. This two-part virtual series is designed to foster authentic conversations, strengthen professional networks, and create a supportive space where coaches can share experiences, exchange ideas, and invest in one another's growth. Whether you're new to collegiate coaching or a seasoned leader, you'll leave with new connections, practical strategies, and a stronger sense of community.
