* 8. Anaplan Master Anaplanner Program Terms

Thank you for your interest in Anaplan’s Master Anaplanner program! Before you submit your application, we wanted to share a few important details with you about the program as well as clarify some conditions you will need to be aware of and agree to in order to participate:

• To assess your application to become a Master Anaplanner, Anaplan will be tracking usage data generated through your use of the Anaplan platform. Examples of this data include the number of times you log into Anaplan, the number models you work on, and the number of edits you make to them.
• Anaplan will not have and does not require access to any workspace or model you are working on in order to evaluate your progress and will delete the usage data we use to track your progress after you are no longer participating in the program.
• Once you have been accepted into the Master Anaplanner program, we will check in each quarter to provide you with a progress update to let you know whether you are meeting the activity in model requirements of the program.
• Within the updated program, we have provided you with a list of Anaplan training courses you will be required to take in order to apply to become a Master Anaplanner, and we will be verifying that you have completed that training.
• Finally, by submitting your application, you are confirming that you have permission from your current employer to participate in the program and that in the event you do become a Master Anaplanner, any welcome gifts or subsequent rewards that Anaplan may provide as a result of your participation will not violate any provision of your employment agreement(s) or policies your employer may have in place.
