During this time of uncertainty, The Cape Cod Foundation is gathering information in order to assess and respond to the rapidly changing needs of the community in the most effective way.
As our nonprofit partners, you are in a unique position to provide important insight to the Foundation about your challenges, needs, and circumstances at this critical moment. We will be sharing these results with other fundholders within the Foundation and with other community funders.
At this time, there is no formal application process for The Cape Cod Foundation's Emergency Strategic Response Fund. In order to simplify the process for our nonprofit partners during this time, we anticipate proactively making grants based on our learnings from this survey and community conversations. These processes may change over time as we strive to be fluid and flexible. Our website will stay updated with the most current information.
