Quality Evaluation Strategy Tool (QUEST) Feedback Form

Introduction

QUEST was developed by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) with the input of occupational therapists around the world through a multi-stage pilot testing process. QUEST provides language and design for a common approach within occupational therapy for evaluation of quality of service.  

With use and research, it is expected that QUEST may evolve through a continuous improvement process. Feedback from users of the QUEST evaluation strategy is welcomed by WFOT to contribute to this continuous improvement process. Please complete this form to provide your input.
