As has been the practice in previous years we wish to recognise the unsung heroes of our league who work tirelessly for their local club and league without the public recognition and acknowledgment they deserve.
We now seek nominations from all clubs within the WFNL for the 2025 Unsung Hero Award.
We are looking for volunteers who may mark the lines, strap the goalposts, cut the oranges, clean up the rooms, help with the juniors, pick up elderly supporters to take to the game and a million and one other things that get done around the club each week.
If you can please submit your club nomination by Friday 5 September.
This award is to be presented on Senior Presentation night.
