CATA TIME Dealer of the Year Nomination

Judging Criteria

Must be a Member of CATA and NADA, Operating Head of the Dealership, and actively managing with an ongoing presence.
 
At the dealership:
Customer satisfaction
Personnel competence, training, attitude and record of service
Financial status
Ethics
New-car sales record
Used-car sales record
Service sales record
Share of market
Physical plant and facilities
Dealer association participation
 
In the community:
Service to community and humanity
Civic, political and educational activities
Additional contributions to benefit others
 
PLEASE NOTE:
  • Current NADA Directors are NOT eligible for nomination.
  • CATA Chairmen must be out of office for three years before being nominated.
  • Past nominees may be re-nominated after four years from the last date.
