TRCC National Summit Conference Grant Application

The Annual National Summit on the Social Determinants of Health is one of the many ways The Root Cause Coalition strives to advance our understanding and knowledge about the importance of achieving health equity. As an organization dedicated to addressing the social determinants of health and uplifting community-based organizations, we are proud to offer a conference grant to assist employees from non-profit organizations with less than 50 employees and students wishing to attend this year's Summit.

The following conference grant application will reduce the cost of registration to $250 for:

Employees from non-profit organizations with 50 employees or less; and
Students who are currently attending a college or university and pursuing health care or health policy related degrees.

Applications for the conference grant will be accepted on a rolling basis. For any questions or concerns, reach out to events@rootcausecoalition.org.
