Thank you for registering your interest in participating in our Youth Advocacy Focus Groups for young people who are or have been raised in a single mother household. In the following form we will be asking about your availability, location (not specific address though) and age group.
Any information you give us will be kept confidential.
Once we have received all the expressions of interest we will put together a program and contact you with options based on the preferences indicated below. At that stage we will also include a consent form for your parent to sign if you are under 18.

* 6. We aim to hold the focus groups in the second half of June. We are aware that for senior students this is a time for exams or SACs so please take this into consideration. The sessions will take about 2.5 hours and once we look at people's preferences we will be able to create more concrete times for these dates. Please tick as many as you are currently available for and we will follow up with the final dates.

Expressions of interest will close Tuesday 4th June and we will contact you with suggested times. The final stage will be an email of confirmation with your time as well as a consent form for your parent to sign if you are under 18.
