West London Business collaborating with West London Alliance; funded by the Department for Education

London’s Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) will be an employer-led, data driven plan to match skills and training provision to employer needs locally. It will be published in draft in March 2023. Funded and backed by the Department for Education, London’s LSIP aims to get more local people into jobs and fill vacancies by helping to tackle sector-specific skills gaps.

Your input as a local employer through this survey is vital to help us unpick specific gaps or changes needed to ensure post-16 technical education is even more responsive and flexible in meeting local labour market needs.  This will shape the West London Annex to the LSIP.
