IMMEDIATE OUTCOME: Participants acknowledge a better understanding of caring for people with opioid use disorder by changing the culture in the emergency department setting through education of the disease process, identification of words that decrease the stigma of persons with OUD, positive body language, and decreasing withdrawal symptoms and craving.
